Salesforce to buy Cresta for $2.7B, bringing AI voice agents into Service Cloud
Salesforce has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cresta, which develops AI voice agents that handle complex customer calls end-to-end. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of Salesforce's fiscal year 2028, with a reported price of $2.7 billion. Cresta's technology will be integrated into Salesforce's Service Cloud.
