Silver Lake and PIF in talks to acquire Unity for about $25 billion
Reuters reports that Silver Lake Partners and Saudi Arabia's PIF have held recent talks to acquire game engine maker Unity. The buyer consortium discussed a valuation of about $25 billion before Unity's latest earnings, which lifted its market cap to roughly $21.5 billion. Talks are preliminary and no deal is assured.
