Putin orders private data centers to reserve 10% capacity for the state
Russian President Vladimir Putin has told owners of private data centers to hold 10% of their capacity ready for state IT infrastructure. A new government commission will be able to order the release of that capacity with 24 hours' notice. The move follows Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian data centers.
