Anthropic opens Singapore office and signs AI safety MOU with government
Anthropic opened its fifth Asia-Pacific office in Singapore and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Singapore's Ministry of Digital Development and Information on AI safety, model evaluation and responsible adoption. The announcement was made on the sidelines of Singapore International Cyber Week, with Claude already powering services at GovTech Singapore, Grab and DBS.
