NVIDIA Rubin Ultra to link 576 GPUs into one giant GPU
NVIDIA has detailed its Rubin Ultra platform at GTC: a fully liquid-cooled Kyber rack housing 576 GPUs connected via next-gen CPO and NVLink to act as a single GPU. The company says it will deliver the highest performance per watt and target 10 trillion-parameter AI models next year.
