Anthropic files for IPO, plans to list on Nasdaq as "ANT"
Anthropic has filed its S-1 prospectus with the SEC, formally starting its IPO process and planning to list on Nasdaq under the ticker "ANT." The filing shows the company posted an $80.7 billion net loss on $16.3 billion in revenue in the first half of the year. It signals the Claude maker's bid to reach public markets ahead of OpenAI.
