ASML posts record $13 billion quarter, vows to expand capacity as lithography demand soars
ASML reported $13.06 billion in revenue and $5.79 billion in profit for the third quarter of 2026. The company said demand for its lithography systems will exceed production capacity in 2027 and 2028, with some customers already seeking to place orders for 2030 delivery.
