İş Bankası adds an AI shopping agent to İşCep
İş Bankası Deputy General Manager Sezgin Lüle described the smart shopping agent being tested inside İşCep at Webrazzi Summit 2026. Built on Pazarama infrastructure, the agent lets users express their needs in natural language and receive product suggestions. Lüle said the bank aims to combine product discovery, cart and payment in a single experience.
