CXMT Gears Up to Leapfrog Samsung by 2 Years with 4F² Memory Cell DDR5 RDIMM
Chinese memory maker CXMT plans to introduce a server-grade DDR5 RDIMM product using the 4F² memory cell architecture by the end of 2026. The move is claimed to put it roughly two years ahead of Samsung on the next-gen architecture.
