Anduril opens $1.3bn employee tender at a $90bn valuation
Defence tech company Anduril has launched a tender offer letting current and former employees sell shares. According to Bloomberg sources, the deal values the company at about $90bn, with shares priced at $94.80 and the offer capped at roughly $1.3bn.
