Nvidia invests billions in AI chip supply chain to secure capacity
Nvidia announced multi-billion-dollar capacity agreements with six major suppliers at GTC Berlin on October 21. The deals aim to expand production capacity in substrates, advanced packaging, semiconductor testing, and optical engines through 2028.
