Micron unveils DDR6 and LPDDR6: double the bandwidth, 35% better power efficiency
Micron said DDR6 doubles bandwidth over DDR5, while LPDDR6 delivers 35% better power efficiency. Both will be built on the company's upcoming 1δ DRAM node, alongside vertical vHBM and G11 NAND beyond 400 layers on its roadmap.
