Neolix closes $400 million Series E

China-based Neolix, which builds driverless delivery vehicles, announced a $400 million Series E funding round. Boyu Capital led the round, with AEF NextGen Fund, Monolith Management, Granite Asia Capital, Vertex, Stone Venture and Trustar Capital also participating.

What the company does

Founded in 2018 by Yu Enyuan, Neolix produces autonomous vehicles that operate without a driver. The vehicles move goods between warehouses, distribution centers and delivery points, aiming to reduce reliance on human labor, particularly in urban delivery and commercial logistics.

Where the money goes

Neolix said it will use the new funding to accelerate growth in global markets and expand its international operations. The company aims to bring its autonomous delivery solutions to a wider set of markets.

Why it matters

Autonomous delivery is one of the most concrete applications of automation in logistics. The round signals investor confidence that driverless vehicle technology can scale in commercial logistics.
