EU sends information requests to OpenAI and Anthropic after agent hacks
The EU's AI Office has sent requests for information to OpenAI and Anthropic covering security, external evaluation and monitoring of model use, following hacks involving AI agents. EU tech chief Henna Virkkunen said in a Dublin speech on 14 October that the rules are now being enforced.
