Meta's enterprise AI push
Meta has announced Meta Enterprise Platform, aimed at helping businesses grow and transform using AI. Founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg described it as "the next major pillar" of Meta's business.
What will be offered?
Initially, the platform will bring Meta's full technology stack to businesses and developers. This includes the Muse agent, Meta Business Agent, Muse API and Muse Code.
Who will lead it?
Meta is hiring Chirantan "CJ" Desai as Chief Enterprise Platform Officer to lead the effort. Desai will report directly to Zuckerberg. He previously served as CEO and President of MongoDB, led product and engineering at Cloudflare, and spent nearly eight years at ServiceNow.
Security and privacy
Desai said that, as with Muse, security and privacy are built into Meta's enterprise products from the outset. The goal is to make Meta the place enterprises come to scale their businesses.
