Muse now works for businesses

Meta announced it is adding new skills and connectors to Muse, the personal AI agent it introduced in the US and Canada earlier this month, aimed at small businesses. According to the company, the biggest problem for small businesses is not ideas but time. Muse for Small Business aims to get work done with the tools users already use.

Which tools does it connect to?

Muse can connect to Instagram professional account analytics, Facebook Pages and Meta ad accounts in a few clicks. It can also connect to dozens of tools businesses already run on, so it can work with brand, storefront, books and customer records. Canva co-founder and CPO Cameron Adams said that by connecting Muse with Canva, users can access their templates and tools directly through conversations. The full list of available connectors is in Muse app settings, and custom connector support is available for services not yet supported.

Featured use cases

Meta shared five use cases for those who want to try Muse: analyzing this year's sales, campaigns and social to build a growth plan; sorting urgent items from email, calendar and news; reviewing ad and content performance and drafting a new campaign; and evaluating monthly financial performance to find suspicious expenses. Muse can also proactively flag emails that need a response and write first drafts.

Pricing and availability

Muse is free for most needs, with subscription plans for those who want more. Meta says more connectors and skills are coming in the months ahead.
